Welcome inside. Ashtree House is centrally heated and has two double bedrooms, one with a shower and toilet en suite, and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The two twin bedrooms to be used for families only, or as a single bedroom. There is a large dining table and comfortable leather sofas downstairs. Adjoining is a spacious and airy conservatory, leading to a pretty garden with yet more seating.
The conservatory has comfortable upholstered furniture and there is garden furniture. The large and modern kitchen offers an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. A rotary dryer is available in the garden.
Bedroom 'Briar'- This, the largest of the bedrooms, has a double bed. En-suite, there is a shower, toilet and hand-basin.
Bedroom 'Bramble' This room has a double bed. It shares the family bathroom.
Bedroom 'Furze' A twin bedroom to be used for families, size 776mm beds, or for a single.
Bedroom 'Fern' A twin bedroom to be used for families, size 776mm beds, or for a single.
